Mineral wool slabs are cut to size and bonded on one side to class ‘0’ fire rated bright foil encapsulating two sides of the pad.
The pad is then turned upside down and turned through 90 degrees and a black flame retardant tissue is applied to the other face encapsulating the other two edges. The product is therefore totally enclosed.
The insulation thickness can be as thin as 6mm and go up to any thickness required. Pads can be made to any size.
The product is easy to fit, suitable for new build and refurbishment work and provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
The product is manufactured to a very standard and has been sold extensively throughout the UK.
